The operator

What Tech Coach is

Tech Coach is a technology-coaching practice: we provide guidance and clarity for your technology decisions. You make the decisions — we help you think. Coaching does not mean delivering software or code; execution work is a separate engagement.

The Meet & Greet is a fit conversation, not consulting. Session content and recaps are indicative and do not replace legal, tax, financial or other professional advice.

Intellectual property

All site content — text, design, logos, articles, materials and formats (“concepts”) such as “Bring Your Own Problem” — is the property of the operator or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may view it for personal use, but you may not copy, republish, distribute or use it commercially without our written consent.

Materials you receive during a coaching session are intended for you; do not redistribute them without consent.

Your content

The brief and information you submit remain yours. You grant us the right to use them strictly to provide the service (preparing the call, running the workshop). Briefs selected for live review in a workshop are discussed anonymised. Details on data processing are in the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated content

We may use AI tools (for example to triage and summarise briefs or prepare materials). AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies and is always reviewed by a human. It is indicative and does not constitute a warranty; decisions remain yours.

Payments and refunds

Coaching packages are paid through Stripe. Use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s own terms and policies. The price and conditions of each package are agreed before purchase.

First-session guarantee: if the first session isn’t worth it, we stop there. The specific cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are agreed at purchase and prevail over the general text here.

No warranty

The sites and their content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind as to accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Coaching offers professional guidance but does not guarantee a particular business outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The sites may contain links to other sites (e.g. vladtudor.com, sapio.ro, our providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania.
