We deconstruct the idea, pressure-test it against what today's technology actually enables, and shape the direction together — what's worth building and what's worth ignoring.
How I choose
I read briefs in the order they arrive; once I have 3–4 strong ones, selection closes. The criterion is clarity — a real decision, described concretely. A good brief, sent early, has the best odds.
